Go International, DreamHack meterai kerjasama

KUALA LUMPUR 13 Julai - Go International Group Sdn. Bhd. akan menganjurkan kejohanan elektronik nasional bagi membolehkan sebuah pasukan Malaysia layak menyertai dan bersaing pada festival DreamHack Winter di Sweden dari 26 hingga 29 November 2009.


Perjanjian pelesenan bagi tujuan itu dimeterai antara Go International dengan DreamHack Sweden di sini, hari ini.

DreamHack adalah pemegang Guinness Book of World Records bagi perhimpunan rangkaian kawasan tempatan yang terbesar dengan 10,554 komputer dan 11,060 penyertaan pada 2007.

Diadakan dua kali setahun di Jonkoping, Sweden, festival DreamHack itu dianggap sebagai hiburan komputer dan multimedia penting yang menarik penggemar dari seluruh dunia.

"Kami kini dapat membawa DreamHack ke Malaysia. Ini merupakan kali pertama kami akan mempunyai peserta DreamHack yang layak di Asia," kata Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif merangkap Pengerusi DreamHack Sweden, David Garpenstahl selepas majlis permeterian itu.

Beliau berkata, 95 peratus daripada peserta sebelum ini adalah dari Sweden dan baki lima peratus dari lebih 40 negara di seluruh dunia.

Perjanjian hari ini dimeterai antara Garpenstahl dengan Pengarah Urusan Go International, Jasmine Low dan disaksikan oleh Naib Presiden Multimedia Kreatif Multimedia Development Corporation, Kamil Othman. - Bernama
